{"id":194,"date":"2024-05-27T05:31:05","date_gmt":"2024-05-27T05:31:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/localhost\/wordpress\/?page_id=194"},"modified":"2024-07-06T05:26:31","modified_gmt":"2024-07-06T05:26:31","slug":"dispute-resolution","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/dispute-resolution\/","title":{"rendered":"Dispute Resolution"},"content":{"rendered":"<section class=\"school-bg-img\">\n<div class=\"bg-layer\">\n<div class=\"container\">\n<div class=\"page-banner-content\">\n<h1 class=\"banner-header\">Dispute Resolution<\/h1>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<section class=\"our-story-detail pad-sec\">\n<div class=\"container \">\n<div class=\"row\">\n<div class=\"col-md-12\">\n<div class=\"our-story-desc\">\n<h2 class=\"admission-header gallery-h4\">Dispute Resolution<\/h2>\n<p class=\"sub-txt\"><b>Students who wish to provide any feedback and\/or complaints to BFGA should adhere to the following procedure:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul class=\"list-group\">\n<li class=\"list-item\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/arrow.png\" alt=\"\" \/>A duly completed Student Application Form.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/arrow.png\" alt=\"\" \/>Students are to approach the BFGA Staff to request for a Feedback Form<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/arrow.png\" alt=\"\" \/>The BFGA Staff is to acknowledge the feedback\/complaint received. This should be done within 3 working days.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/arrow.png\" alt=\"\" \/>The head of department will analyse all feedback received and provide a solution with appropriate action.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/arrow.png\" alt=\"\" \/>If he\/she accepts or is satisfied with the proposed solution the head of department filed the Feedback Form for record purposes.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/arrow.png\" alt=\"\" \/>If the student is not satisfied with the proposed solution, he\/she can escalate the matter up to the Management Team. The Management Team will investigate the case and take necessary actions to resolve it.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/arrow.png\" alt=\"\" \/>If the student is still not satisfied with the outcome\/decision, he\/she will be referred to the Singapore Mediation Centre (SMC) or Singapore Institute of Arbitrators (SIArb) or the Small Claims Tribunal for mediation.<\/li>\n<li class=\"list-item\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/05\/arrow.png\" alt=\"\" \/>The entire process should not take more than 21 working days.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"sub-txt\"><b>Note :<\/b> As Feedback can be generic and\/or positive, BFGA will have the discretion of the need to reply to students.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"d-flex justify-content-between\">\n<a class=\"banner-btn blue-bg-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/student-service\/\"><i class=\"fa-solid fa-chevron-left\"><\/i>Previous<\/a><br \/>\n<a class=\"banner-btn blue-bg-btn\" href=\"https:\/\/sddigitalcommunication.com\/demo3\/bigfoot\/events-communications\/\">Next<i class=\"fa-solid fa-chevron-right\"><\/i><\/a>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dispute Resolution Dispute Resolution Students who wish to provide any feedback and\/or complaints to BFGA should adhere to the following procedure: A duly completed Student Application Form.
