Coir fiber is extracted from the coconut husk by various methods using multiple machineries. There are two types of coir fiber. Brown fiber which is extracted from ripened husk. White or wheatish colour fiber which is extracted from the coconut before it is ripe. Mostly coir fiber used to Yarn rope, Needle felt and pot making.
Brown coir is harvested from fully ripened coconuts. It is thick, strong and has high abrasion resistance.
White coir fibers are harvested from the coconuts before they are ripe. These fibers are white or light brown in colour and are smoother and finer, but also weaker.
2 ply yarn rope or free twisted yarn rope are made out of the fiber extracted from the coconut husk that are twisted using manual traditional rats and automatic spinning machines based upon the customer requirements.
Environmental friendly, this coir yarn is available in different qualities and grades based on the quality of fiber used and nature of the twist. Yarn is generally of 2 ply, spun from coir fiber by hand as well as with the help of traditional ratts, fully automatic spinning machines.
Coconut husk has 1/3 ratio of fiber and Coir pith. Coir pith is natural and organic it is mainly used in farming as a substitute for soil medium. It holds a lot of water and an excellent growing medium. It has natural rooting hormones and anti fungal properties which help plants to grow faster. Coir pith is washed and dried using compression it can be made as a block named as Coco peat or pith blocks. It is available from 650 gms briquette, 3 kg and 5 kg Blocks and 15 kg Slabs based upon the customer requirements.

Coconut husk are cut into pieces as per the customer requirements, coco husk chips allow for better aeration and water flow to plants and are ideal for soilless plants like orchids and as landscaping mulch. Commonly mixed with coco coir growing medium to provide better aeration for plants.It is 100% Organic & Eco-friendly which helps to maintain Moisture. These can also be used as mulch.

Coco disks are made of the husk of the coconut. Cutting the husk creates an airy, easily manageable and powerful growing medium with good drainage properties. Coco Peat Discs are made mainly for commercial use and are most suitable for home and terrace gardening. They are easy to use and are allowed to soak in water until the particles expands completely. The coco peat is aged and composted for over 18 months and thoroughly washed. This process reduces the salt, phenol and tannin. Aged coir pith is then processed to remove fine particles and long fibers to maintain the consistent sieving. The coir pith is then compressed and disk packed in a biodegradable cellulous paper.

Coir needle felts are non-woven fabric made out of 100% coir fiber. The fabric is composed of coir fiber randomly needle punched to the desired degree of compaction. The needle felts have excellent moisture absorption and retention characteristics and form an ideal medium for plant growth. The fiber is mechanically bonded or interlocked to form a continuous length of sheet. No bonding material is used in the manufacture process.
